What a great experience we had today at Twin Maples! The first thing that impressed me was that there are separate entrances for dogs and cats. How cool! I'm easily amused! We were greeted by a young receptionist who checked us in and told us that we'd have to wait for awhile. That was our fault though because we got there about 20 minutes early. When we did finally go back, the vet tech couldn't have been nicer. She and the vet worked well together and took care of our 2 kittens. I wish I could remember the vet's name, she was so nice! My only complaint is that the vet loved our kittens so much that I was afraid she was going to steal one! Just kidding, she was so nice and professional and answered all our questions patiently. I can't wait to go back to see her in a month or so!
I'm very pleased with Twin Maples. They are very kind and they do everything they can to find out what's going on with your fur-baby. At least in my case it was a fur-baby. A puppy that was close to being 8 weeks. He is also very small, he was 2lbs and 4ozs. Who in the end had a broken leg and the bandaged the leg up very well. They also told us what to do to care for him once we got home with him. They even got us already scheduled for his follow up visits.
This place is absolutely amazing. The customer service is above and beyond anything I was expecting. The vet was a lover of my puppies and continued to compliment about them to me. They are by far the best vet I've ever been to. Thank you for such an amazing experience.
They were absolutely wonderful with my God-dog and myself. She was and forever will be my heart. They were gentle with her and soothed my anxiety. Although Sadie couldn’t be saved I completed respect and appreciate everyone a Twin Maples. I recommend them and will take all future furry friends to Twin Maples. Thanks

I have been going to twin maples since I got my sick puppies from fetch. They have been good to my dogs and myself. They are thorough, and I feel they do not overcharge or upsell me on things. Both surgeries I had done were reasonable with no complications after. Great vet staff and office! I would recommend them to anyone!
